Will is not only an absolute expert at his job but also reliable, hard working, honest, affordable and can think flexibly to solve difficult problems. He managed to rescue Cobbles and Clay’s kitchen extraction catastrophe from the shambles of a previous company’s mess using all of the above assets. I will always be grateful and will be reminded of him whenever I look up at that quiet odourless neat Louvre grill on the back wall of the kitchen !!
